Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business integration, operations, or related cross-functional roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent mix of education/experience.
  • Experience in footwear, apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer products preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional processes in product creation and planning.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating executive-ready presentations, process documentation, and status communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools like Smartsheet, Airtable, Figma.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Global Business Integration leader to raise operational excellence and execution rigor.
  • Translate strategy into clear operating plans, milestones, and roadmaps driving the offense forward.
  • Build and evolve tools and rhythms that create speed, clarity, and consistency across the business.
  • Track progress against goals and escalate blockers with clear recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve cross-functional execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional forums, capture actions, and ensure accountability.
  • Use data and insights to help teams prioritize, tradeoffs, and faster decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

We are looking for a strategic, agile Business Integration Manager to help drive clarity, connection, and execution across the Brand. This role sits at the center of the cross-functional offense, turning strategy into aligned plans and disciplined execution across product creation, merchandising, planning, marketing, and marketplace teams. The ideal candidate brings strong operational rigor, a deep understanding of how product comes to life, and the ability to create momentum across fast-moving, complex workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Global Business Integration leader to uplevel operational excellence and executional rigor across the Brand and specifically with the Executive Team translating strategy into clear operating plans, seasonal milestones, and execution roadmaps that drive the offense forward:

  • Weekly Band Executive Team IBA agendas to orchestrate critical conversations, reviews and decisions at the right time with the right audiences.
  • Sharp, decision-ready updates, presentations, and seasonal reviews.
  • Build and evolve the tools, processes, and team rhythms that create speed, clarity, and consistency across the business.
  • Track progress against goals and proactively remove friction by escalating blockers with clear recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify the way teams work, strengthen cross-functional connection, and improve execution across global and geo partners.
  • Facilitate cross-functional forums, capture actions, and hold teams accountable to next steps and commitments.
  • Use data and business insight to help teams prioritize, navigate tradeoffs, and make better, faster decisions.
WHAT YOU BRING

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business integration, operations, project management, product management, merchandising, or a related cross-functional business role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working in footwear, apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer products preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes, especially within product creation and seasonal planning.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into structure and action.
  • Experience creating executive-ready presentations, process documentation, and status communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Figma, or similar platforms.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting footwear calendars, line planning, or launch readiness in a fast-paced consumer business.
  • Knowledge of the product journey, from concept and merchandising through development, planning, and marketplace execution.
  • Comfort operating across global and geo teams with multiple stakeholders, changing priorities, and high visibility deliverables.
  • Passion for sport, style, sneaker culture, and the connection between product storytelling and business performance.
  • Experience driving process improvement, change management, or new ways of working across a matrixed organization.
