Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Inc. seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Wealth Management Advisor Group. You will attract, assess, and hire top talent across WMAG’s advisor and leadership channels, partnering with senior leaders to align recruiting with business goals.

You will build relationships, anticipate workforce needs, and deliver innovative talent solutions to support growth and succession planning. In-office collaboration is required with hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience.
• Extensive knowledge of recruiting processes, strategy, and implementation.
• Strong ability to influence hiring decisions and partner with senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Subject matter expert on sourcing methods and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, leadership-level positions across WMAG.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing/talent attraction strategies.
• Partner with senior/executive leaders to understand priorities and needs.
• Utilize direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and pipelining to engage passive talent.
• Provide labor market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent trends.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and business leaders on offers and strategy.
• Communicate Ameriprise's value proposition and compensation philosophy to candidates.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and affirmative action requirements.
• Leverage data/analytics to measure recruiting effectiveness and influence decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and may lead cross-functional projects.
• Support succession/workforce planning and leadership pipelines across WMAG.
