Job summary
Busey is seeking a Business Systems Manager in Arizona to lead the delivery of critical business systems and technology solutions that enable efficient operations, strong client experiences, risk controls, and scalable growth.
You will partner with vendors and enterprise stakeholders to align capabilities with strategy, manage a team, and oversee testing, deployment, and adoption across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of senior technology operations or leadership experience.
- Experience with core banking solutions (Jack Henry or FIS).
- Experience with integration/digital banking solutions preferred.
- ServiceNow experience is required or highly preferred.
- Strong Office suite skills with advanced Excel and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key business systems and enhancements.
- Support day-to-day processing for internal partners and clients.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting on uptime and quality.
- Approve procedures for system management and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to annual technology budgeting and cost tracking.
- Design and implement process improvements across teams.
- Plan implementation, training, adoption, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate integrations across platforms and data flows.
- Evaluate needs and propose scalable solutions for growth.
- Assess ROI and guide cost-effective value delivery.
- Ensure testing meets quality and implementation standards.
- Develop partnerships with leaders to deliver value through systems.
