Job summary

Apogee Engineering seeks a Systems Engineer SME (BSA) to support mission-critical software modernization and deployment for Air Force/USSTRATCOM programs. Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibility.
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Years of Experience: Minimum 12 years relevant experience including 5+ years supporting the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and manage operational data sets.
• Develop scripts/tools (Python, SQL) to streamline testing workflows.
• Serve as SME with deep technical support for mission systems.
• Lead cross-domain business systems analysis for the J56 initiative across domains.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with diverse stakeholders.
