• Apply knowledge of systems analysis and operations research methods to develop rigorous, defensible, objective products.
• Collaborate with IC stakeholders to conduct analyses supporting analytic products and deliver background papers, talking points, and written reports to leadership.
• Lead, foster, and maintain productive relationships with IC stakeholders and users to analyze performance metrics and exchange knowledge.
