The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) seeks a GS-14 level professional to support the Office of Economic Security and Emerging Technologies. The role emphasizes policy development, program management, and strategic collaboration across IC elements.

The incumbent will apply analytical and leadership skills to address complex supply chain and emerging technology challenges, coordinating with senior stakeholders and interagency teams to advance national security objectives.

Qualifications

• Understanding of IC resource processes, prioritization, and mission management.
• Extensive knowledge of IC organizations, mission posture, structures, capabilities, processes, and policy development.
• Ability to anticipate issues relevant to the IC and US Government and recommend/implement actions.
• Ability to focus targeting and collection on coordinated intelligence gaps.
• Analytical and critical thinking; ability to think strategically, meet goals, adapt, coordinate recommendations, evaluate outcomes.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work in independent and team environments.
• Leadership skills to lead interagency groups, develop workplans, build coalitions, consider alternatives.
• Oral and written communication skills to distill data into narratives and edit reports for varied audiences.
