Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a communications/marketing-related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in communications/marketing/public relations.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Professional certifications in communications, marketing, change management, digital marketing, project management, or public relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as communications advisor to leaders and project teams.
• Create key messages consistent with objectives and brand standards.
• Ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Support executive communications and leadership announcements.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Coordinate multi-channel campaigns and measure performance.
• Support initiatives to enhance organizational reputation and stakeholder engagement.
