Job summary

Highridge Medical is seeking a Supply Planner to develop and maintain supply plans across a 100% outsourced contract manufacturing network, translating demand forecasts into capacity-constrained plans. You will lead RCCP, monitor supply-demand, and provide scenario analyses to support IBP/SIOP decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Network Planning, or IBP.
• Experience supporting a 100% contract manufacturing model.
• RCCP expertise and translating forecasts into executable plans.
• 5–8 years SAP experience including supply planning, MRP, inventory management, and analytics.
• Complex formulas and data modeling.
• Power Query.
• Scenario and sensitivity analysis; dashboard/reporting development.
• Experience with monthly SIOP/IBP or Sales & Operations Planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling supply plans for the monthly IBP/SIOP process.
• Translate demand forecasts into feasible, capacity-constrained supply plans across contract manufacturers.
• Lead RCCP activities to evaluate capabilities and identify constraints, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor supply-demand imbalances and address shortfalls or excess capacity.
• Perform scenario modeling and what-if analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare materials and analyses for Supply Review and Executive IBP/SIOP meetings.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Quality teams.
