Job summary

Hampton Products seeks a Supply Planning Manager to lead a team of planners and drive the SIOP process across suppliers, manufacturing, and distribution. You will balance inventory, service levels, and costs while partnering with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to support growth.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong leadership, and experience with ERP systems and planning tools. Prior consumer goods or industrial products experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of progressive experience in demand planning, supply planning, SIOP/ISOP or equivalent.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
• Experience managing planners/analysts and working with manufacturing and distribution for consumer goods or industrial products.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and planning tools (Stock IQ, JDA/Blue Yonder, ToolsGroup).
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of supply planners to optimize inventory, service levels, and costs.
• Drive the SIOP/ISOP process and align supply capabilities with forecasted demand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Finance.
• Develop and implement supply planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide scenario analysis and recommendations for supply and inventory decisions.
• Establish supplier scorecards and monitor capacity and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with global suppliers to translate plans into production and replenishment schedules.
