Job summary

Hampton Products International Corporation is seeking a seasoned Supply Planning Manager in Foothill Ranch, CA to lead a team responsible for developing and executing supply plans that balance demand with inventory and costs. The role collaborates across Demand Planning, Sourcing, Operations, Logistics, Sales and Finance to optimize service levels and support growth.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years in supply planning, SIOP, or demand

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field and 5+ years in demand planning or SIOP.
APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
MBA preferred but not required.
Experience managing planners or analysts.
Experience in manufacturing/distribution for consumer goods or industrial products.
Experience working with Asia-based manufacturers/vendors.
Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar).
Experience with planning tools such as Stock IQ, JDA/Blue Yonder, ToolsGroup.
Advanced Excel skills and Power BI or similar tools.
Strong quantitative, analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of supply planners across the supply chain.
Develop and execute supply plans to optimize inventory and service levels.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Operations, Logistics, Sales and Finance.
Contribute to SIOP/OP planning and supply chain improvements.
Provide scenario analysis and contingency planning with suppliers.
Monitor capacity, lead times, and supplier performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and tools.
