Job summary

Hampton Products is seeking a SIOP and Demand Planning Manager to lead the demand planning process and align customer demand with inventory and supply capabilities. The role requires strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in demand planning or SIOP, experience in manufacturing or distribution, and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field with 5+ years of planning experience.
APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.
Experience in manufacturing/distribution for consumer or industrial goods is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly demand planning process and rolling forecast across product lines and customers.
Develop/system-evaluated statistical forecasts and consensus forecasts.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service to improve forecast quality.
Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, and drive improvements.
Support new product introductions and promotional activities.
Lead the SIOP process including Demand/Supply/Inventory/Executive reviews.
Prepare executive-level reporting on risks, opportunities and actions.
Develop KPIs and dashboards for demand planning.
