Job summary

Acuity Inc. in Nuevo León seeks an MPS Lead to create and manage the Supply Plan aligned with DRP and current orders, ensuring materials and capacity match customer demand. This role acts as the main liaison between Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience to keep plans feasible.

You will monitor constraints, commit production dates within a 10-day horizon, model scenarios, and work with sourcing to support supplier forecasting while driving an IBP culture across the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in supply chain roles.
• Experience with DRP and IBP concepts.
• Knowledge of logistics, import/export.
• Strong data analysis and planning skills.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Supply Plan based on DRP and current orders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, CX to align plans.
• Monitor material and capacity constraints and mitigate risks.
• Commit production dates within the 10-day horizon.
• Support supplier forecasting with the Supply Plan.
• Develop supply scenarios to address constraints.
• Handle customer escalations and inquiries.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation actions.
