Acuity Inc. in Nuevo León seeks an MPS Lead to create and manage the Supply Plan aligned with DRP and current orders, ensuring materials and capacity match customer demand. This role acts as the main liaison between Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience to keep plans feasible.
You will monitor constraints, commit production dates within a 10-day horizon, model scenarios, and work with sourcing to support supplier forecasting while driving an IBP culture across the company.

The MPS Lead (Master Planning & Scheduling Lead) is responsible for creating and managing the Supply Plan based on the DRP and current orders, ensuring that material and capacity resources are aligned with customer demand and the IBP Supply Plan. This position serves as the main point of contact between Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience (CX), monitoring material and capacity constraints and coordinating actions to mitigate risks that could impact the supply plan. The Supply Plan developed by this role serves as the foundation for material planning, production scheduling, and capacity planning
