Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of supply chain management experience.
• People management experience is required.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; JD Edwards experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Minimize working capital by developing production and finished goods inventory plans within the S&OP cycle.
• Conduct cross-functional S&OP meetings and align with forecasts.
• Oversee packaging materials orders and delivery to support production plans.
• Facilitate disposition of quality defects in packaging materials.
• Identify slow-moving items and manage lifecycle to reduce obsolescence.
• Support new product introductions and capacity planning for launches.
