Gorilla Commerce is seeking a highly analytical Supply Planning Analytics Manager to own models, dashboards, and decision‑support tools that drive faster, smarter planning decisions across inventory and supply. You will own analytical rigor and collaborate with Demand, Sourcing, Finance, and Technology to optimize service levels and working capital.

This role emphasizes scalable, automated analytics and a path to leading a team as the function grows, in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of supply planning experience.
• Expertise in Excel with automation capabilities.
• Experience with NetSuite or Toolio preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, automation, and continuous improvement of analytical models, dashboards, and decision‑support tools for Supply Planning.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and inefficiencies impacting supply planning and inventory investment.
• Develop analytical frameworks to optimize inventory investment, replenishment strategies, and service levels.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights and actionable planning recommendations for cross‑functional partners.
• Continuously enhance tools and reporting for usability, accuracy, and scalability.
