Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst in the United States to balance near-term demand with an optimal short-range supply plan across a network of facilities. The role emphasizes schedule integrity, cost reduction in freight, and maximizing service, including intercompany orders and cross-site qualification.

The analyst will support deployment of Preactor and Logility, provide data from Cognos/Tableau, and drive continuous improvement within the supply chain team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Supply Chain, purchasing and/or customer service.
• 3+ years production scheduling experience.
• JDE experience required; Logility and Preactor preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor date management, schedule adherence, and scheduling absolutes.
• Lead order expedite (K2) process from the Supply side.
• Lead S&OP meetings with Plants.
• Own the near-term planning horizon (0-4 weeks).
• Ensure items are set up across the product line network and cross-qualify items across sites.
• Manage inventory parameters and pre-build settings in AP systems to optimize working capital and service levels.
• Lead Preactor enhancements and training to optimize scheduling.
• Provide data for Supply Planning Manager & Directors from Cognos, Tableau and Logility.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Other tasks as assigned.
