Job summary

Amcor Limited in Indiana seeks a Supply Planning Analyst to balance near-term demand with an optimal short-range supply plan across a network of facilities. You will focus on schedule integrity, reduce freight spend, maximize service, and manage intercompany orders across product lines.

You will deploy Finite Scheduling and planning tools, provide analytics from Cognos/Tableau/Logility, and help drive improvements across the supply chain. Healthcare benefits and retirement plans are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Supply Chain, purchasing or customer service preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications.
• Effective communication with customers, external and internal.

Responsibilities

• Lead order expedite (K2) process from the supply side.
• Lead Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings with plants.
• Own near-term planning horizon (0-4 weeks), linking execution to longer horizons.
• Ensure items are setup across product lines and coordinate cross-qualifications.
• Manage inventory parameters and pre-build settings in APS to optimize WC and service levels.
• Lead Preactor enhancements and training to optimize scheduling.
• Provide data for Supply Planning Manager and Directors from Cognos, Tableau and Logility.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
