Job summary

Nutrien seeks a Supply Planning professional in Deerfield, IL, to develop and manage a constrained supply plan, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time production with SAP and IBP tools.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in supply planning or forecasting, SAP S/4/IBP experience, and APICS CPIM is a plus. The role includes participation in S&OP and collaboration with Loveland Products manufacturing and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 3+ years of relevant supply planning or business forecasting experience required.
• Strong background in SAP or SAP S4/IBP preferred.
• APICS CPIM certified or similar accreditation a plus.
• Ability to understand, predict and enhance supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Own interaction with cross-functional stakeholders required to develop a supply plan.
• Participate in S&OP planning meetings.
• Gather, analyze and incorporate external inputs to further improve accuracy and completeness of constrained supply plan.
• Own review of disaggregated short-term plan which includes SKU/location mix as well as weekly pacing.
• Provide finalized detailed supply plan by SKU in IBP to generate the Planned Orders for production in SAP.
• Own demand-supply imbalance issue resolution activities by collaborating with Demand Planning Analyst to resolve, as required.
• Share reports, KPIs and dashboards with Senior Manager of Supply Planning.
• Serve as a single contact for all demand and supply imbalance issues within assigned area.
• Work closely with Loveland Products manufacturing and 3rd party vendors to ensure on time production.
