Job summary

The Greater Houston Retailers Cooperative Association, Inc (GHRA) is seeking a Supply Planner to manage end-to-end inventory planning and PO execution. This role focuses on optimizing stock, improving service levels, and coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams to sustain efficient operations.

Responsibilities include reviewing reorder parameters, analyzing key metrics, and driving continuous improvement using ERP and planning tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supply planning role with S&OP/IBP preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of inventory.
• Manage PO creation to receipt at the warehouse in a timely manner.
• Optimize inventory levels and reorder points.
• Analyze vendor fill rates, lead times, and inbound capacity.
• Conduct regular reviews of in-stock SKUs with stakeholders.
• Address obsolescence and minimize inventory liabilities.
• Participate in vendor reviews and drive improvements.
• Utilize ERP and planning tools to improve service levels and turns.
• Negotiate MOQ with vendors and improve vendor fulfilment.
