Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex assemblies.
• Ability to own a full value chain from start to finish with cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with high-tech products in high-mix, low-volume settings.
• Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP system.
• BSME/BSEE or related technical degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time delivery for raw materials to internal lines and finished goods to customers.
• Support day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory management.
• Identify supply issues and drive cross-functional resolution with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Analyze supply and material health and keep stakeholders informed for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Engineers and Manufacturing to source components and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead constrained vs unconstrained forecast discussions to achieve feasible demand plans.
• Develop and maintain MRP processes and master data.
• Support cost engineering to optimize total cost of ownership across the product lifecycle.
