SCOPE Recruiting - Supply Chain Recruiters seeks a Supply Planner in Chattanooga, TN to drive rolling 12+ month demand and production forecasts, coordinate PO delivery with CMOs, and support launches. The role emphasizes inventory optimization, vendor performance, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced consumer healthcare/CPG context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or supply chain coordination (1–3 years with direct CPG/OTC exposure considered).
• Willingness to work on-site 4 days per week in downtown Chattanooga, TN headquarters, with 1 day remote.
• Travel up to 10% (1–2 visits per month) for CMO site visits and supplier relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling 12+ month production plans and finished goods purchase orders to CMOs within lead times.
• Align supply plans with seasonal demand, promotions, and safety stock requirements to ensure target fill rates.
• Act as primary operations contact for CMOs, with regular reviews and performance tracking.
• Manage open purchase orders, address delays, and expedite orders for timely delivery.
• Coordinate product release documentation with CMOs and internal Quality teams.
• Reconcile shipment invoices and approve vendor invoices for payment.
• Assist in evaluating backup CMOs for continuity and improvement projects.
