Job summary

Revelyst Outdoor is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Planner in Bozeman, MT to forecast demand, plan supply, and manage inventories for Stone Glacier. You will coordinate with Sales, Product Development, and Finance to align plans with business needs and ensure timely procurement and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Manufacturing, Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, purchasing, or related supply chain function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, MRP, and production planning.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and make timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop SKU-level demand forecasts using sales, shipments, POS data, and seasonality.
• Translate forecasts and inventory needs into supply and replenishment plans.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage purchase orders and production schedules.
• Support S&OP and cross-functional planning with accurate demand and inventory data.
• Assist with new product launches and end-of-life inventory strategies.
