Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Supply Planner to develop and execute supply plans supporting demand, production needs, and inventory objectives across manufacturing sites and suppliers. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Production Scheduling, Customer Service, and Operations to align plans with business needs and capabilities.

You will analyze demand signals, capacity, and constraints to generate actionable plans, monitor execution, and drive improvements in planning processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Excel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply, inventory, and capacity plans based on demand forecasts and priorities.
• Analyze demand signals, inventory levels, production capacity, and supply constraints to create actionable supply plans and recommendations.
• Identify risks, capacity bottlenecks, and supply challenges and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor execution of the supply plan and address gaps related to inventory, service levels, lead times, and backorders.
• Support inventory planning activities, including safety stock recommendations and inventory health management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate and align supply plans with customer demand requirements.
• Manage product launches, transitions, and end-of-life planning to ensure continuity of supply.
• Utilize Excel, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), and planning tools to analyze data and drive decisions.
• Prepare supply planning analyses for operational and executive reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and data accuracy.
