Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, IBP and/or supply planning.
• 3+ years leading a team in manufacturing, IBP and/or supply planning.
• Extensive understanding of IBP/S&OP processes and best practices.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Project management experience, Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• APICS or other supply chain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop master resource plans based on demand forecasts.
• Create capacity plans and identify supply risks.
• Build and manage supply plans across complex product portfolios and multiple sites.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve planning capabilities.
• Establish inventory strategies including safety stock levels.
• Monitor execution of supply plans with scheduling and purchasing teams.
• Support product launches and product phase-outs.
• Track metrics such as supply plan attainment, safety stock health, lead times.
• Lead supply planning improvement initiatives and coach planners.
