Stryker Group in Salt Lake City, UT seeks an experienced Supply Planner to develop end-to-end supply plans for manufacturing sites and key suppliers. You will partner with Operations, Procurement, Finance, IBP, and site leadership to balance demand, capacity, and inventory.

You will create capacity and safety stock plans, monitor execution, mitigate risks, and ensure product availability across a 24-month horizon while optimizing cash use.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain Management or related
• 2+ years of experience
• ERP systems experience

Aufgaben

• Create a Master Resource Plan covering finished goods, raw materials, and components for up to 24 months
• Develop capacity plans and identify bottlenecks or risks to supply and propose mitigations
• Identify underutilization and optimize inventory
• Develop supply plans across a portfolio and multiple sites as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build optimal solutions
• Set inventory levels based on demand volatility and lead times
• Create a safety stock strategy to ensure product availability
• Ensure the plan is financially evaluated to balance service and cost
• Track execution with production scheduling and buying to mitigate back orders
