Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Torrance, CA is seeking a Sr Supply Planning Analyst to strengthen material availability, inventory health, and planning performance. You will lead CTB, maintain planning master data, and optimize inventory while ensuring production continuity.

The role requires deep SAP/Maestro knowledge, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive strategic initiatives and digital transformation in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

Deep working knowledge of SAP and Maestro or comparable planning platforms.
Strong knowledge of MRP logic, material master data, inventory buffers, BOMs, capacity constraints, and supplier performance.
Advanced analytical capability, including statistical problem solving and practical Six Sigma methods.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with macros, Power BI, predictive analytics, or similar tools is preferred.
Ability to convert complex data into concise recommendations, escalation messages, and implementation plans.
Strong communication, collaboration, facilitation, training, and stakeholder-influence skills.
Demonstrated ownership, sound judgment under uncertainty, continuous-improvement mindset, and willingness to challenge assumptions constructively.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end CTB process governance, data standards, and reporting.
Lead weekly site CTB reviews with stakeholders and maintain a single view of material constraints (weeks 5-13).
Validate CTB inputs from SAP, Maestro, MPS, procurement, and operations.
Audit, maintain, and improve material master planning settings (MRP type, SPFEP).
Troubleshoot supply issues and ensure planning settings support availability and inventory objectives.
Manage inventory buffers with quarterly evaluation and updates.
Prepare weekly Capacity-to-Build reports and drive escalation processes.
Analyze demand, supply, capacity, supplier, and lead-time constraints; communicate scenarios and actions.
Support supplier delivery analysis and corrective-action deep dives.
Create standard work and train planners on planning processes and systems.
Promote AI and digital planning tools adoption; capture feedback and improve learning workflows.
