Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for Materials Execution & Supply Planning in Santa Clara, CA. You will coordinate priority initiatives, build cross-functional plans, and translate leadership direction into actionable workplans with milestones, owners, and risks.

You will prepare executive dashboards and reports to provide visibility into supply availability and program health. The role requires 5+ years in program management and strong analytical skills, with experience in supply

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field; equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, supply chain, manufacturing operations, planning or logistics.
Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.
Strong ability to build and maintain program plans, track actions and risks, and drive follow-through across teams without direct authority.
Experience developing executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and status communications.
Strong analytical skills with experience in operational data and reporting tools.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Clear written and verbal communication, able to tailor for leadership audiences.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management across functions and levels.
Familiarity with supply chain, materials management, manufacturing, fulfillment, inventory or hardware operations.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel; AI/automation tools to improve productivity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with VP of Materials Execution & Supply Planning to coordinate priority initiatives, rhythms, and reviews.
Drive program plans for cross-functional initiatives supporting materials readiness, supply planning, supplier execution, order fulfillment, inventory health, and NPI readiness.
Translate leadership direction into actionable workplans with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and success measures.
Coordinate execution cadences and reviews (shortages, supplier commits, clean-to-build, backlog, supply risk).
Gather, synthesize, and communicate program status, risks, decisions needed, and mitigation progress for leadership audiences.
