Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Planner I for our Livonia, MI facility. You will coordinate finished goods planning, inbound/outbound scheduling, and batch manufacturing support in a multi-shift environment.

The role requires a degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience) and strong SAP and MS Office skills, with a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach to scheduling and production planning.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Supply Chain management, Business Management or related field preferred with a minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Care, production planning, production scheduling, material planning, or related field is required.
• Detailed working knowledge of SAP related to production planning, raw material replenishment, material master maintenance, shipping scheduling, and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office –Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment to collaborate for achievement.
• Outstanding communications, written and verbal communication skills, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Bulk truck scheduling/coordination for inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare manufacturing instruction documents for operations (batch sheets)
• Finished good planning and finite scheduling in a batch manufacturing process
