Job summary

the company Technologies, LLC seeks a Supply Planning Analyst to support network hardware demand and supply planning for a large cloud technology organization. You will evaluate weekly demand, supply, and reporting accuracy while collaborating with planning, sourcing, and engineering to improve reporting tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities include developing validation processes, building Power BI dashboards, and communicating findings to both business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, operations, technology-related supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, or related function.
• Strong supply planning experience, including demand and supply analysis.
• 2–4 years of experience using AI-enabled analytics tools to automate data validation, generate insights, and improve reporting.
• 2–4 years of advanced Excel experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience developing or optimizing BI tools, incl. Power BI.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly demand, supply, and supportability reporting for network hardware.
• Analyze week-over-week changes in demand, supply, and supportability.
• Review source data, calculations, assumptions, and system outputs to identify discrepancies.
• Develop repeatable data-validation processes to maintain reporting accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and traceability for changes, assumptions, processes, and reports.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs.
• Improve planning processes, reports, and Power BI dashboards.
• Build dashboards that communicate supply positions, constraints, gaps, and insights.
• Collaborate with engineering to build internal tools and scenarios for planning.
