Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of customer orders and access to product, account, and order information.
• Process order cancellations and provide status updates and modifications.
• Monitor cross-agency supply sources to ensure assets are available for issue and execute lateral support transactions.
• Identify and recommend approved alternative sources of supply.
• Resolve routine customer issues during requisition fulfillment.
• Serve as the material support point of contact for maintenance customers.
• Provide material support planning, availability, and serviceability for current and future workloads.
