Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at GS-07 level or equivalent.
• GS-09 requires master's degree or 2 years of graduate education or LL.B./J.D. if related.
• GS-11 requires 3 years of progressively higher-level graduate education or Ph.D. or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and study distribution operations, traffic management and storage areas to assess efficiency.
• Provide management support to supervisors and specialists in developing and maintaining plans, programs, and procedures.
• Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of distribution plans and procedures.
• Conduct studies and reviews to determine management effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of formal reports and documentation.
