Qualifications

• Strong statistical and data analytics knowledge.
• Forecasting, safety stock, and inventory management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools.
• Experience supervising and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply and demand planning policies and procedures.
• Lead forecasting, inventory levels, and safety stock calculations.
• Collaborate with Production Control, Purchasing, and Operations to meet demand.
• Coach and develop team members and drive process improvements.
• Ensure on-time delivery and accurate capacity planning.
