Position Summary

Are you passionate about shaping the future of supply chain operations? As a Manager I, Supply Chain Transformation, you'll play an important role in helping drive strategic transformation initiatives that support the long-term network strategy of ADUSA Distribution & Transportation. You'll work alongside leaders and cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and implement initiatives focused on network optimization, facility transformation, transportation improvements, and process modernization.

In this role, you'll leverage data, operational expertise, and project management disciplines to turn growth strategies and volume forecasts into executable plans that improve service, capacity, and cost performance. You'll take ownership of assigned transformation projects from initiation and business case development through planning, execution, implementation, and benefits realization. You'll help guide business case development, operational readiness, governance activities, and implementation planning while gaining broad exposure across operations, engineering, finance, technology, and transportation functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex business challenges, influencing stakeholders, independently driving project outcomes and helping transform how supply chain operations deliver value.

What You’ll Do
Drive Strategic Network Design & Analysis
  • Support the evaluation and design of supply chain network strategies, including flow-path optimization, facility layout concepts, and operational process improvements.
  • Conduct data analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Translate enterprise growth plans and volume projections into actionable operational solutions.
  • Develop and validate business cases, cost-benefit analyses, investment recommendations, and measurable success criteria to support transformation initiatives.
Lead Program & Project Execution
  • Lead the planning and execution of assigned transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, establishing clear scope, deliverables, timelines, and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, track milestones, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and provide clear, actionable project status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure operational readiness and successful implementation sequencing.
  • Own project scope, dependencies, timelines, resource coordination, and issue resolution within assigned initiatives, proactively driving decisions and removing barriers to delivery.
  • Establish and consistently apply project governance standards, methodologies, and documentation practices, including appropriate project charters, risk and issue logs, decision records, and change controls.
Partner Across the Organization
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, IT, finance, transportation teams, and external partners to align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and design reviews that drive alignment and execution.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, recommendations, trade-offs, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership teams, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Support relationships with vendors, consultants, and other external partners as needed.
Advance Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of operational, process, and technology enhancements.
  • Contribute to standardization efforts, best practices, lessons learned, and measurable benefits realization that strengthen transformation capabilities across the organization.
Support Talent Development & Organizational Excellence
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop transformation, leadership, and project management capabilities.
  • Mentor analysts and project contributors on assigned initiatives.
  • Help create tools, templates, and documentation that improve execution consistency and organizational effectiveness.
Deliver Executive-Level Insights

  • 4-7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, project management, or related functions including demonstrated responsibility for managing cross-functional projects through multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, large-scale projects, or transformation-focused workstreams.
  • Working knowledge of distribution center operations and transportation networks.
  • Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization solutions.
