Job summary

ALOM is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to shape the future of technology‑enabled supply chains. You will drive strategic ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS initiatives, aligning business needs with engineering execution to deliver high‑compliance operations.

You will lead cross‑functional programs, manage risk, and partner with customers and vendors to implement scalable solutions. A background in supply chain tech and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations technology, with at least 3+ years in program/project management.
• In‑depth functional knowledge of ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS systems (hands‑on with all four preferred).
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to real workflows.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi‑stakeholder programs from initiation through go‑live.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop program charters, roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans; track milestones and report status.
• Manage risk, scope, and change across multiple workstreams; drive decisions to closure.
• Create clear process documentation for as‑is and to‑be capabilities.
• Recommend optimization opportunities and implement process design changes.
• Provide technical oversight across WMS/ERP systems and integration layers.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and customers to translate requirements into specifications.
• Drive visibility, prioritization, planning, and delivery for engineering teams (backlog, sprints, UAT).
• Develop training materials and SOP/document topology to close knowledge gaps.
