Job summary

ALOM Technologies Corporation is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS platforms, translating business needs into scalable tech solutions.

You will connect customers with engineering execution, drive improvements across order and warehouse workflows, and apply AI‑enabled tooling to optimize processes. ALOM emphasizes growth, training, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations technology with 3+ years in program/project management.
• Functional knowledge of at least two of ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS (hands-on with all four preferred).
• Experience with AI/automation tools and evaluating ROI.
• Process engineering/Lean Six Sigma to improve workflows.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs from initiation to go-live.
• Strong analytical skills using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; executive presentation skills.
• PMP, PgMP or Six Sigma/Lean preferred; experience with system modernization/replatforming.
• Bachelor’s in related field; Master’s preferred; familiarity with cloud systems, EDI, APIs, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop charters, roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans; report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage risk, scope, and change across concurrent workstreams; drive decisions.
• Create clear as‑is and to‑be process documentation for decision making.
• Identify optimization opportunities and design process changes.
• Oversee integrations across WMS/ERP and related apps; handle integration layers.
• Research to scope processes, recommend products, and contribute to designs.
• Ensure clean data flow across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS; manage order handoffs.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to roadmap features and align needs.
• Work with IT and vendors to translate requirements into specs; drive delivery.
• Develop training materials and SOP documentation; close knowledge gaps.
