Job summary

Culbertson Resources Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support Engineering, Capital Projects, and Operations. You will coordinate procurement, vendor management, contract administration, and inventory management to meet project costs, quality, and schedule goals.

The ideal candidate has strong supply chain experience, negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining vendor relationships and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years experience in related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain, procurement, or related role.
• Midstream energy industry experience REQUIRED.
• Experience with RFQs, bid evaluations, POs, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for capital projects, RFQs, bids, POs, and award recommendations.
• Review requisitions, specifications, pricing, delivery requirements, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Operations, Accounting, and Legal.
• Develop vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Administer POs and contracts, maintain procurement records, closeouts.
• Support capital project budgeting and scheduling.
• Maintain inventory plans and tracking records, including long-lead items.
• Ensure inventory and spares are stored with required quality documentation.
