Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related role.
• Midstream energy industry experience is REQUIRED.
• Experience managing procurement processes: RFQs, bid evaluations, POs, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.

• Manage procurement for capital projects, including RFQs, bid evaluations, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and recommendations for award.
• Review requisitions, specifications, pricing, delivery requirements, and supporting documentation to ensure purchases meet project needs, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Operations, Accounting, and Legal on procurement activities, contract reviews, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Develop vendor relationships, evaluate supplier performance, maintain approved vendor lists, and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved sourcing.
• Monitor material and service deliveries, administer purchase orders and contracts, maintain procurement records, and ensure proper closeout.
• Support capital project budgeting, scheduling, and project reviews as needed.
• Maintain inventory management plans and accurate tracking records, including quantities, locations, values, and critical long-lead items.
• Ensure inventory and capital spares are properly stored, preserved, inspected, and supported by required quality documentation.

Our client, a midstream energy company, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support Engineering, Capital Projects, and Operations. This role is responsible for coordinating procurement, vendor management, contract administration, and inventory management to support project execution, control costs, and ensure materials and services meet quality and schedule requirements.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or five or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related role.
• Experience in the midstream energy industry is REQUIRED.
• Experience managing procurement processes, including RFQs, bid evaluations, purchase orders, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, sourcing strategies, logistics, transportation, and inventory management.
• Experience analyzing pricing, costs, supplier performance, and other data to support purchasing decisions.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with supply chain management systems and tools.
• Professional supply chain certifications, such as APICS CSCP or CSCA, are a plus.
