Job summary

Pittsburgh Glass Works, LLC in Tipton, PA is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to synchronize manufacturing and planning across Vitro segments and optimize capacity to meet demand.

You will lead S&OP, manage inventory and KPI tracking, and develop sourcing plans to minimize costs while maintaining service levels.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in science, math, or supply chain and a minimum of five years in a similar role, with APICS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, math, or supply chain discipline is required (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of five years of experience in a Supply Chain or Operations Planning management role.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a Sales and Operations Planning process engaging all functions to forecast capacity and demand.
• Implement world-class materials management practices and KPI tracking across facilities.
• Maintain capacity and sourcing plans to optimize asset utilization and minimize costs.
• Manage Vitro inventories with KPI targets to balance working capital and service levels.
• Establish policies and procedures for materials management in aftermarket business.
• Generate capacity plans in short, medium, and long term with commercial teams.
• Align development plans for managers to the functional strategic plan.
