Job summary

The position partners with Operations, Quality, Finance, Planning, and Commercial teams, driving continuous improvement in procurement governance, inventory planning, and materials readiness. Travel minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, inventory, logistics, or materials planning.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PO lifecycle governance to ensure compliant procurement.
• Define inventory strategies and service levels with Operations and Finance.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, and contracts within delegated authority.
• Lead supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor inventory health, replenishment, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness.
• Develop and maintain master data, supplier records, and purchasing documentation.
