Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex initiatives, including order management integrations and merchandising programs. You will apply established PM methodologies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure SDLC compliance across the program.

The role requires strong budgeting, forecasting and risk management skills, with the ability to engage executives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects using established PM methodologies/tools.
• Experience with Williams-Sonoma SDLC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Uses established project management methodologies/tools, work with team to manage complex scopes of work, define work effort and estimates, develop execution plans, remove impediments, anticipate issues and engage right parties.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost-benefit analysis and EV/ROI/ burn analyses while tracking team velocity.
• Plan, monitor and track delivery of quality control and take corrective action as needed.
• Develop project policies, procedures and standards and communicate project information to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sponsors, vendors, IT managers and cross-functional teams; ensure QA planning is communicated.
• Plan and execute pre- and post-implementation activities and address dependencies across projects.
