Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to oversee daily operations around Infor analytics, education, contract launch packages, and month-end close within Materials. The role requires balancing facility, regional, and system needs while coordinating with vendors and leadership.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in supply chain with healthcare exposure, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to educate associates and lead projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 4 years of experience required.
• 2-3 years of supply chain experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred in acute care.
• Hospital supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supports management of daily operations surrounding Infor analytics, education, contract launch packages, month-end close, and other operations for Materials.
• Meets expectations of leadership competencies and leads meetings and project activities.
• Work with vendors on upcoming purchases or service agreements following System directives.
• Analyze Infor (ERP) information and other Supply Chain systems for process improvements and data integrity.
• Provide coaching to associates within Supply Chain regarding systems and processes.
• Develop Supply Chain reports and communicate data to internal/external customers and leadership.
• Assist leadership with Supply Chain related projects.
