AVANGRID is seeking a Program Manager - Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end strategy and execution for major transmission, substation, and grid-modernization programs across NYSEG and RG&E within the Powering New York portfolio.

This role integrates engineering, procurement, logistics, and risk/contract management to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery of critical materials and equipment with long lead times, while coordinating with numerous internal groups and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading portfolio-level supply chain strategies for large-scale capital projects.
• Strong understanding of logistics, incoterms, and cross-functional governance.
• Proven ability to design and manage commercial strategies and post-award contract activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio-level supply chain strategies aligned with AVANGRID standards.
• Translate engineering and procurement inputs into sourcing plans and schedules.
• Lead pre-award activities: market soundings, RFQ events, and T&Cs negotiation.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics, customs compliance, and risk management.
• Manage warehousing, yards, preservation programs, and material traceability.
