Job summary

Realign Llc in San Jose, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to drive supply chain readiness, total cost management, and BOM resiliency for hardware programs from pre-concept through First Hardware Ship, owning cost and margin outcomes.

You will validate costed BOMs, support gross margin through value engineering, and lead ramp plans to ensure material supply between prototype and early production, applying should-cost modeling, NPI cost management, and bridge buys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7+ years in Supply Chain/Cost Management
• Proven cost avoidance and reduction experience
• Deep BOM understanding and costing structure expertise
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration with eng/manufacturing teams
• Experience with ex-Cisco Supply Chain preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive supply chain readiness, total cost management, and BOM resiliency for hardware programs from pre-concept through First Hardware Ship (FHS).
• Own cost and margin management, cost reduction programs, and risk mitigation for the assigned product portfolio.
• Validate costed BOMs and forward costing to identify main cost drivers; support gross margin through value engineering, commodity analysis, and BOM optimization.
• Lead ramp plans to ensure material supply between prototype and early production phases; apply should-cost modeling, NPI cost management, and bridge buys.
