Amazon Data Services, Inc. Cupertino seeks an experienced Supply Chain/Hardware Risk Manager to align component readiness with product development timelines and manage BOM risks from NPI to production.

You will drive early design influence, identify high-risk components, and coordinate alternative sourcing with engineering and quality teams to ensure readiness before milestones, while communicating risk status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
8+ years in CSP, hardware, or supply chain roles.
Experience analyzing component level risks or BOM.

Responsibilities

Partner with hardware engineering to align component readiness with product timelines.
Drive early design influence on component selection decisions.
Analyze BOM to identify risks and drive mitigation plans to closure.
Identify high-risk components and enable alternative sourcing.
