Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in direct materials management for new/existing products
• PMI/PMP or related certifications are a plus
• Experience with supplier negotiations and ROI analysis
• Knowledge of BOM cost reduction and commodity strategies
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and contract manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier identification and selection for all commodities
• Act as liaison between Supply Chain and partners
• Analyze cost data for technical and non-technical audiences
• Negotiate supply agreements to ensure quality, cost and delivery
• Manage supplier risk and continuity across programs
• Support BOM cost reduction through competitive sourcing
• Conduct RFQ/RFI and negotiate favorable prices
• Contribute to commodity strategy development and execution
• Engage in quarterly supplier reviews and communicate expectations
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes and tools
• Maintain compliance with PROCEPT QMS and regulatory requirements
