Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years in Supply Chain with a focus on process improvement and leadership, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills for high-level discussions.
• Ability to lead teams in a matrixed organization across geographic and functional reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for Supply Chain process improvements based on root cause analysis of gaps, aligning initiatives with corporate objectives and measuring their impact on overall performance.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure Supply Chain operations align with organizational goals and strategic roadmaps, providing insights on market trends and best practices.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level Supply Chain staff, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement within the team.
• Conduct benchmarking with industry peers to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership on Supply Chain initiatives, demonstrating the value and impact of proposed changes.
