Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead Production Planning and Materials Purchasing at our Jacksonville, FL site. You will drive service levels and inventory targets while building high-performing teams onsite.

You will own MPS, develop weekly/daily schedules, participate in SIOP, and collaborate with site leadership, manufacturing, finance, and suppliers to ensure material availability and minimize backorders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in supply chain, or advanced degree with 3+ years in supply chain
• Experience using SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar ERP/SCM platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading and motivating high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) monthly to optimize service
• Create level-loaded weekly/daily build schedules aligned with MPS and constraints
• Participate in monthly SIOP cycle; analyze long-term planning and scenarios
• Lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 planning meetings at site and provide guidance
• Own Plan vs Actual performance with root-cause analysis and action plans
• Serve as primary contact for site leadership and operations on material planning and inventory
