Medtronic is seeking a Global Supply Chain Planning Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, with emphasis on phase-in/phase-out programs and cross-functional execution. Located at Medtronic's headquarters in Minneapolis, MN or Lafayette, CO, the role is onsite four days per week.

The position requires 5+ years in supply planning (or 3+ with advanced degree) and experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, or Power BI, plus 3+ years in program/project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in supply planning or advanced degree with 3+ years in supply planning.
• Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, or Power BI.
• 3+ years of program/project management execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global supply chain transformation programs.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and project management to improve operations.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion with milestones and risk mitigation.
• Drive change management and stakeholder adoption of new processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, IT, Quality, Sourcing, Marketing, Distribution, and Customer Service.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, production planning, outsourcing and distribution.
• Develop integrated processes and material control systems to improve efficiency.
