Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning in the United States to lead the development of demand and supply planning capabilities for strategic programs. You will design forecast methodologies, translate demand into partner capacity, and drive a planning cadence across programs with stakeholders across commercial, operations, and partner networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in supply chain planning, sourcing, or operations strategy.
• Demonstrated experience building planning processes or capabilities, not just operating existing ones.
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills; advanced Excel required, SQL or similar tools preferred.
• Experience managing programs or projects end to end with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present analysis to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build demand and supply planning capability for strategic programs, including forecast methodology and data model.
• Deliver analytical work behind strategic program decisions, including capacity investment and inventory strategy.
• Program manage new and emerging opportunities from problem structuring to operating model.
• Partner across Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to align inputs and reporting.
• Develop reusable models and reporting rather than one-off analyses.
