Micro-Tronics, Inc. (MTI) in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Supply Chain Manager responsible for production planning, on-time delivery, and inventory optimization to support R&O operations.

You will oversee planning, purchasing, and material flow while collaborating cross-functionally to meet customer and business goals. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in supply chain leadership, ERP/MRP experience (SyteLine preferred), and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Shipping/Receiving, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or a related supervisory role.
• Experience with production planning, purchasing, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Experience working within ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience evaluating supplier performance and managing vendor relationships preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including production planning, purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate production schedules to support goals.
• Lead internal production meetings to drive schedule adherence.
• Coordinate production plans with Scheduling, Production, Sales, and Marketing.
• Ensure plans align with customer requirements via cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage recovery plans between Procurement and Production when disruptions occur.
• Support SIOP process to balance demand, inventory, and backlog.
• Review daily MRP recommendations and create purchase orders.
• Ensure materials are ordered, available, and properly stored.
• Monitor vendor pricing and communicate impacts to management.
• Research, qualify, and manage supplier relationships.
• Mentor and develop staff; maintain 5S and safety compliance.
